Do you test your products on animals?

No. We pride ourselves on disrupting the beauty & cosmetic industry by ensuring our products do not test our products on animals. Our lip glosses are certified cruelty free by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), and we affiliate with companies that follow our philosophy.

Do I need an account to shop with you?

We recommend creating an account when shopping with us. It is a quick and easy process, allowing you to login to view your order history, update your contact and postal details, and you’ll receive exclusive offers, discounts and early access to sales! Remember to make a note of your password – you will need to keep it to shop with us again.

You will still need to provide your full name, email address, mobile number and shipping address when checking out ‘As a Guest’ as we need all this information to process your order.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Of course! Please Contact Us to purchase a gift voucher. This will be sent to their or your email address, you choose! It’s the perfect gift! Gift vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase.

Gift vouchers can be used on the kateheussler.com website only and are not transferable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal. You can also pay via credit card through PayPal if you prefer, you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much is postage?

Domestic shipping (within Australia) $5.00 standard Australia Post
International shipping (outside Australia) $10.00 standard Australia Post

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or work addresses?

We deliver to residential, business, postal lockers and PO boxes. Please list your full address when you check out and we can ship your order ASAP.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

If you are not home your parcel will either be left in a safe location (if it doesn’t fit in your nominated letter box) OR will be carded to the nearest post office.

Has my order been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a confirmation email please Contact Us and our customer service team will be able to assist.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order has been approved, it will be dispatched from our warehouse within two business days. Delivery times are as below:
Domestic orders: 3-5 business days
International orders: 6-10 business days

**During peak times, and Sale/Promotional periods, these delivery timeframes may be extended. If you have not received your parcel within 3-5 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email please Contact Us.

I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order within 3-5 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please Contact Us and our customer service team will be able to assist.

An order with an incorrect address may take up to 2 weeks to be received back to our warehouse, processed again and redelivered to you. If an incorrect address is supplied by the customer, KATE HEUSSLER cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost in transit.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I change any details on my order?

Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any alterations, as we will already be processing it. This includes lipgloss colour, your address and contact details. Please make sure these details are correct at time of order.

Do you accept returns?

As lip glosses are a personal cosmetic item, for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I have received an incorrect item in my order.

We are so sorry to have sent you an incorrect item! Please Contact Us with your order ID along with a photo or description of the incorrectly sent item and your preference and our customer service team will assist you ASAP.

My item has arrived damaged or faulty, what should I do?

We do our best to thoroughly inspect all stock prior to shipping. In the rare event that a product is faulty please Contact Us ASAP so our customer service team can assist you.
